What do work days look like at JAM Works?
Working at JAM Works is both technical and hands-on. Our people work hard and understand the importance of the solutions we deliver, helping our customers produce their products more effectively. Depending on your role, your day might involve engineering design, controls and robot programming, machining, fabrication, welding, or testing in our in-house controls and robotics test lab.
Every project is a collaboration. We take the time to understand the customer's product and process before we build a system to solve their problem.
